The quality and construction of this piece is a marvel in and of itself. It has a unique closure on the back where the zipper opens and closes downwards (opposite of usual), making it easy to zip up yourself. The peplum flare portion at the hem even has hidden hooks an eyes to keep the volume and shape. The
