Sleeves are 4 long from shoulder seam to cuff. Length from top of shoulder to waist seam is 17. Great details include draping on left side of bodice, peplum drape on left side below waist, fitted waist with sash style belt, cap sleeves, metal side zipper and gored skirt. Fabric is very lightweight rayon batiste, unlined. No label. Excellent
