The grapes used in crafting the Brut Réserve come from about thirty different crus
This isn’t a typical La Morra
A firm palate of ruby grapefruit astringency combined with nervy acidity
The nose offers hints of plum and small red fruits
As is always the case with this talented maker’s wines
Darroze 2000 Petit Lassis GBA 48.6% 700ml chapelle-dausone The grapes used in craftingStraw yellow colour with golden tints. A very fresh nose where some crystallised fruity flavours (apricot, orange peels) are coming with infusion notes (linden) and vanilla. Very fine. Also very fine on the palate. The tannins are light and the fruity flavours still very present.
