Larry Cherubino Pedestal Semillon Sauvignon Blanc Size::1 Bottle Aged for two years in
Description
Aged for two years in Slavonian oak casks
which overlooks the grands crus
and a long complex finish
now with great courage and skill his son Daniele continued to bring up this little gem
slightly sappy finish
Larry Cherubino Pedestal Semillon Sauvignon Blanc Size::1 Bottle Aged for two years inA fragrant lavender aroma coupled with leafy herbal spiciness from the oak. Straw and cut grass from the Sauvignon Blanc balance this wine beautifully with gently tropical fruits providing enough acidity to cleanse and draw out the finish. The palate is soft and plush with long acidity and a strong finish.
