Two piece construction, insignia in silver, mounted to a circular silver gilt base, marked "II" (Second Class), hallmarked with a rooster surrounded by a "B" and "II" (900 silver) within a hexagon shaped border and numbered "47260" and "47836" on their reverses, measuring 41 mm in diameter each, maker marked "IKOM ZAGREB" on the
