Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. The nose reveals aromas of lime mixed in with some fresh peach notes followed by some honeysuckle and citrusy mineral. The palate has a real sense of freshness with vibrant flavours of limes and green
