The glow in the dark fabric must be charged under bright lights for a hour or two before you go out (longer is better but the brightness of the light you use to charge is most important) and then will glow softly for a few hours in dark clubs or raves

This gorgeous and finely tailored clear PVC and lace shrug has scalloped lace detailing on each of its three layers

E mail us after checkout if you'd like us to change the length of the skirt (aproximately 37 40" from the top to the bottom)! Not sure what size you are? This skirt is only tight on the upper hips so if you are in between sizes we would reccomend you choose the smaller size.
