Winemaking Notes: Hand-picked and whole bunch pressed

My great grandmother was one of the first women in Australia to hold a liquor licence

but instead are made in a Burgundy style with a terroir philosophy

still has excellent potential for long ageing

Deep ruby colour

Robert Oatley Finisterre Chardonnay 2023 Size::1 Bottle Winemaking Notes: Hand-picked and wholeA light green straw colour is apparent. The balance between the varietal fruit and the oak is perfect as is the ripeness with nectarine white peach melon and fid all contributing in seamless union. Overall the wine has great balance and the length is tremendous.
