Merricks Estate Chardonnay 2022 condado-de-haza You can choose from mixedThe Merricks Estate Chardonnay was made from two batches of grapes and treated differently. The first batch was picked 10 days earlier than the second batch and was fermented with wild yeast and went through its malo naturally. The second batch was picked at a higher sugar levels and the juice had skin contact before being inoculated with yeast and subsequently induced Malo oak treatment was the same for both batches. Both batches were blended
