it flares nuances of nectarine

Typical to this Edition N°4 are the soft-sourish touches of citrus

the Gattinara is a bit richer than it often is – the result of the warm dry year – but its profile is super-classic

Our Cabernet Sauvignon is easy drinking and rich with dark fruit and hints of fresh mint

With a deep brooding Malt profile build for aging but stacked with Warrior hops making this a unique drinking experience whether consumed fresh or with 5+ years in the cellar
