Albert Bridge Boats reserved This particular stretch of coast
Description
This particular stretch of coast is painted at Benholm in Aberdeenshire
I’ve painted the face on and wiped it off and painted it back again so many times that the texture of the canvas has taken on a peculiar sheen
with Steve doing the drawing and inking and me doing the painting
her expression and red clothes indicate her strength and vitality
I feel there is a definite sculptural element to this painting
