It is traditionally handsewn in the same style as a gents kilt and has hidden pleats with a hem so that it is able to grow with the child. We use only top quality tartan from Mills right here in Scotland. Please note this is made to order and will take between 5 to 6 weeks over the standard delivery time. It is possible for shorter
